Who we are

Saideep Developers (“we”, “us”) runs the website saideepdevelopers.com and the Saideep Developers mobile app. Our office is at Bhansali Square, Ring Road, Shirdi, Maharashtra 423109. You can reach us at sales@saideepdevelopers.com or +91 96995 75701.

What we collect

• When you send an enquiry (on the website or in the app): your name, mobile number, optional email address and message, which property you asked about (if any), and when you sent it.
• To stop spam and abuse: your internet (IP) address is used briefly to limit how many enquiries or sign-in attempts can come from one connection. It is not stored with your enquiry.
• In the app, on your phone only: the properties you save and your language choice. These stay on your device and are not sent to us.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers, and we do not ask for your location, contacts, photos or other files.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, share property details and documents, and arrange site visits.
• To follow up about the property or service you asked about.
• To keep the website and app secure.

We do not sell your information or share it with other businesses for their marketing.

Who can see it

Only our staff who handle enquiries. Our hosting providers store the data on our behalf and may not use it for anything else. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Other services

• Property and office maps are shown by Google Maps; Google may set its own cookies when a map loads (see Google’s privacy policy).
• “WhatsApp” buttons open WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while we are helping you and for up to two years afterwards, unless the law requires longer, and then delete them.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing sales@saideepdevelopers.com. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the rights given by Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and only signed-in staff can see enquiries. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

Our website and app are meant for adults buying, selling or leasing property, not for children under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update it here and change the date at the top.
